The Justice Ministry has confirmed the death of Amr Moustafa Hosni, the undersecretary of the public prosecutor's office, in the terrorist attack that targeted a hotel in Arish earlier Tuesday.

This is the second deaths among judges in the hotel attack.

Counselor Omar Mohamed Hammad, the undersecretary of the State Council, also died in the attack.
