The public prosecution in Aswan on Monday ordered a manager of a juvenile welfare house in the city to be remanded in custody for four days pending investigations into charges of torturing a teenager and inciting other children to sexually assault him.
Investigations revealed that the suspect, identified by his initials, tortured a 17-year-old teen and incited his fellows to assault him sexually, charges which were proved by the forensic medicine.
