The Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation has delivered complimentary health insurance cards for scholars, imams and preachers working in the religious and administrative field in the Lebanese Islamic Waqf.

The move follows the directives of President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces.

Speaking on the occasion, Sheikh Abdul-Latif Derian, Grand-Mufti of Lebanon, expressed the thanks of imams and preachers to His Highness the President, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and H.H. Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, and Chairman of Khalifa Foundation, for the aid.
