Saudi King Salman bin Abdel Aziz has ordered one million riyals to be paid in compensation to each family of the 107 pilgrims who died in the crane collapse in the Grand Mosque last week.

Each of the injured pilgrims will receive 500,000 riyals, according to a royal statement issued Tuesday.
