His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received Tuesday a phone call from Tunisian President Mohammad Muncef Marzouqi who briefed him on preparations to celebrate the endorsement of the new constitution. His Highness the Amir congratulated Marzouqi and the Tunisian people on the ratification of the constitution, describing it a "national and historic achievement." His Highness Sheikh Sabah said the new constitution reflected the will of the Tunisian people, and their patriotism vis-a-vis security and stability of their country. His Highness the Amir wished the Tunisian people enjoyed sustainable development and prosperity.
