Kuwait Ambassador to Iraq, Youssef Al-Zawawi toured one of the humanitarian organizations and orphanage centers in the capital on Thursday.
A statement by the embassy said the ambassador toured the Islamic charity organization for women in Aathamia, north of the capital.
The statement noted that Al-Zawawi was briefed on the charity's work, which provides humanitarian aid for families and orphanages.
The visit comes to support charity activities by the embassy in Iraq, the statement added.
