The Amiri Diwan on Saturday mourned the passing of Sheikha Sebika Ibrahim Al-Mudhaf, aged 88, wife of the late Sheikh Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.
The deceased will be laid to rest Sunday morning.
