The Kuwaiti Cabinet on Monday offered condolences to Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud over the victims of Friday's giant crane collapse at Mecca's Holy Mosque.

The cabinet voiced sympathy with the victims' families and wished speedy recovery to all injured, Kuwaiti Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Mohammad Abdullah Al Mubarak Al Sabah said.

Some 107 pilgrims, including two Egyptians, were killed and 238 others injured in the accident blamed on high winds and bad weather.
