Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah on Saturday sent a congratulatory cable to Saudi Arabia's new King Salman bin Abdel Aziz Al Saud.
In his cable, the Emir wished the new king success in continuing development, progress and prosperity in the kingdom, and in serving the issues of both Arab and Muslim nations.
Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah and the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al Hamad Al Sabah sent similar cables to the new Saudi king.
Al Sabah also sent a congratulatory cable to Saudi Arabia's new Crown Prince and Deputy Prime Minister Prince Muqrin bin Abdel Aziz Al-Saud on the occasion of appointing him to his posts.
