Emir Sheikh Sabah al Ahmed al Jaber al Sabah left for London on Monday to take part in the fourth international donor conference on Syria.

The Kuwaiti emir is accompanied by a delegation grouping the first deputy premier and foreign minister, finance minister, acting petroleum minister in addition to other senior officials.
