His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received at Bayan Palace Wednesday First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Sabah and the special envoy of the Libyan Parliament Speaker Khaled Amro Al-Tabib who handed His Highness a letter from Parliament Speaker Aqila Saleh Issa Quwaider.
The letter tackled bilateral ties between both countries, including Quwaider's congratulations to His Highness the Amir for being granted the humanitarian leader title by the UN and Kuwait as a center for humanitarian work.
