His Highness The Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received at Al-Seif Palace early Monday Minister of Justice, Awqaf and Islamic Affairs Yacoub Abdulmohsen Al-Sane', and the newly-appointed chief of the Court of Appeal Judge Mohammad Jassim Bin Naji Al-Qenae who took the constitutional oath before His Highness the Amir.
