Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received Wednesday a written message from Iraqi Prime Minister Dr. Haidar Al Abadi related to issues of joint concern and the latest developments on the regional and international arenas.

    Iraqi Minister of Finance Hoshyar Zebari handed over the message during a meeting with the Emir of Kuwait today, Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported.
