Amiri Diwan Advisor Mohammad Sharar left the country Thursday heading to Nouakchott to represent His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah in inauguration ceremony of the Mauritanian President Mohammad Ould Abdel Aziz.
