His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah received in Bayan Palace on Wednesday Sheikh Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.
His Highness Sheikh Nasser took permission from His Highness the Amir to head to Belgium on His Highness the Amir's behalf to take part in the funeral rites of late Queen Fabiola, widow of former King of Belgium Baudouin.
