His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah will sponsor and attend the flag-raising ceremony at Bayan Palace Wednesday morning.
The ceremony will be attended by His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and senior state officials.
