Five firefighting units managed to control a fire that broke out in food factory in Subhan area on Sunday.
The fire broke out in the factory that contains oil products, gas cylinders in addition to large quantities of plastic materials, Deputy Director General of the Fire Fighting and Human Resources Sectors Khalid Al-Mekrad told Kuwait News Agency (KUNA).
The blazes left only material damage, Al-Mekrad told KUNA, adding that an investigation was launched to determine the causes of the fire.
