Kuwaiti Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Sabah al Khaled al Hamad al Sabah leads his country's delegation to the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) meeting with the European Union at the ministerial level.

The 24th meeting discusses ties between the two sides in the various domains.

It also considers various issues of mutual concern.
