Kuwaiti First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah participated in the fourth joint ministerial meeting of the foreign ministers of the GCC members states, Jordan and Morocco here on Tuesday.
The meeting was held on the sidelines of the 133rd preparatory meeting for GCC foreign ministers due here later today.
