Kuwait's First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah attended a luncheon held by Sudanese Foreign Minister Ali Karti here on Wednesday in honor of ministers and officials participating in the Second Arab-Russia Forum, which kicked off here earlier today.
