Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled al Hamad al Sabah heads for Saudi Arabia on Saturday to lead his country's delegation to the extraordinary meeting o the Gulf Cooperation Council.
The meeting discusses the situation in Yemen in light of the constitutional declaration of Houthis, also known as Ansar Allah.
