First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sabah al Khaled al Hamad al Sabah will lead his country's delegation to the Gulf ministerial meeting to be held Thursday in Riyadh.

The Kuwaiti foreign minister will head to the Saudi capital to participate in the 135th round of the foreign ministers council of the Gulf Cooperation Council.
