Kuwaiti Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Jaber Al Mubarak Al Hamad Al Sabah received on Sunday a letter from French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius on means of fostering bilateral relations in all fields.

The letter also tackled the latest regional and international developments as well as other issues of mutual concern.
