The International Humanitarian Law Training Course, held under the patronage of Undersecretary of the Foreign Ministry Khaled Al-Jarallah and in cooperation with the International Committee of the Red Cross, concluded here Wednesday.
Al-Jarallha handed participations the certificates of passing the course which was organized by the Foreign Ministry with a view to helping enhance Kuwait's role in the human rights domain.
