The Civil Service Commission (CSC) has announced that Sunday January 25, 2015 is a day off for all government ministries and departments in mourning over the death of Saudi King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz who passed away earlier today.
CSC Chief Abdulaziz Al-Zabin said the annoucement followed orders of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah declaring a three-day state mourning on the demise of King Abdullah.
Subsequently, Sunday is an official holiday in Kuwait, said Al-Zabin.
