The Civil Service Commission (CSC) announced on Wednesday that tomorrow will be an official holiday on the occasion of the new year.
It added in a press release today that all governmental institutions and public bodies will suspend work on Thursday.
The birth anniversary of Prophet Mohammad will fall next Saturday January 3rd, thus, work at government institutions will resume January 4th.
Government bodies with special nature shall decide work according to their needs.
