A delegation of the Kuwaiti parliamentary caucus will take part in the 23rd conference of the Arab Inter-Parliamentary Union (AIPU), due at the Arab League headquarters on April 10-11.

Led by National Assembly Speaker Marzouq Ali Al-Ghanim, the delegation will include the caucus undersecretary, National Assembly Secretary General Allam Al Kanderi and Treasurer MP Humoud Al Hamdan.

The delegation will take part in meetings of the AIPU permanent committees; the commissions of financial and economic affairs, women and childhood affairs, political affairs as well as parliamentary relations.

The conference will witness the honoring of the former chairman of the AIPU, Al Ghanim, the union executive committee chairman and the caucus undersecretary, Al Shayea and the parliament general secretariat.
