Alexandria's administrative court is to look onto a lawsuit that was filed to sack Alexandria's newest governor Hany el Messeiry, the court said on Tuesday.
As grounds for the dismissal, the lawsuit said the governor has an American citizenship and he was allowing his wife to attend official meetings.
The governor has not commented on the lawsuit.
