Negotiations with Al Nusra Front about the abducted Lebanese soldiers are over, the general security chief has said, adding that a date and mechanism to swap the abductees are yet to be settled.

In a meeting with Maronite Patriarch Cardinal Mar Beshara Boutros Rahi, Abbas Ibrahim said the issue of the abducted Syrian bishops was still being considered.

The Maronite Patriarch showed his support for Lebanon's security and military establishments.
