Lebanese Army today announced the arrest of wanted individuals, including one deserter, in Akkar over terror acts.

A Lebanese Army force on Thursday effectuated a quality raid and apprehended a number of wanted Lebanese and Syrian individuals in the localities of Khirbit Dawoud and Dweir Adwieh of Akkar over participation in a number of terror acts and assaults against the Lebanese Army, a Lebanese Army statement said.
