The Lebanese army attacked a Daesh group who tried to penetrate into Lebanon through Syria.

According to security information, an armed group, belonging to Daesh, proceeded towards Jarod Al Naamat area in Syria where a number of Hizbollah elements and the fourth squad of the Syrian army are centered.

Lebanese forces shelled the group with artillery to prevent them from sneaking into Lebanon, according to available information.
