Clashes erupted on Wednesday between Lebanese protesters and supporters of Speaker of the Lebanese Parliament Nabih Berri.

Berri supporters have ripped down tents of protesters by force in protest at insults to the Lebanese top lawmaker.

Lebanese activists blamed the Interior Ministry for such violent clashes
