The Lebanese army said on Friday that a Syrian suspect who was wanted over attacking a military checkpoint was killed.According to a statement by the army command, the fugitive hurled a grenade at the troops when they managed to arrest him. He was killed and an army officer was injured.Meantime, a fugitive felon was hurt in an exchange of fire with a military checkpoint, the statement said.
