Lebanese Prime Minister Tammam Salam has praised a decision by Saudi King Abdullah II to donate one billion dollars to the Lebanese Army.
In a press release Wednesday, Salam described as "noble" the Saudi decision supporting the Lebanese Army.
The move reflects a historic stance by Saudi Arabia in supporting Lebanon to fight terrorism in Lebanon, Salam said.
