Libyan Deputy Foreign Minister Hassan al Saghir urged more political and security support for his country to be able to counter terrorist groups and start a political transition.
Speaking at the 28th session of the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva, Saghir called on the international community to show support for the UN sponsored dialogue.
He underscored the importance of preserving the sovereignty of the Libyan state and its territorial integrity.
