The Libyan Coast Guards

 The Libyan Coast Guards suspended a number of elements of Benghazi Revolutionaries Shura Council while boarding a boat to flee the country.
A source at the Libyan coast guards said Tuesday that the elements of Benghazi Revolutionaries Shura Council were attempting to flee the country after the Libyan troops tightened siege on them.
The detainees were referred to authorities pending investigations.
The Libyan coast guards are patrolling the coasts from Tokra in the east till Qamins area in the west round-the-clock to detect any suspicious moves by the militant groups.
