The Libyan government said that the transportation and civil aviation ministries are contacting Tunisian authorities over the crash of a Libyan army medical plane south of Tunis early on Friday.The Libyan spokesman Mongi el-Kadhi said that the plane has crashed at 1:30 am (0030 GMT) with 11 people on board -- three doctors, two patients and six crew members.He said there were no survivors from the accident in Grombalia area, 40 km south of the Tunisian capital.
