Libyan House of Representatives Speaker Akila Saleh appointed on Monday Al Esawy Saleh al Mokhtar as the country's Permanent Representative at the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).

The OIC, located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is concerned with Islamic issues around the world.
