Libya's Tobruk-based parliament chose on Wednesday Mostafa Abdel Hafeiz al Moqaran as head of the intelligence service.

Moqaran got 60 votes out of 106, while the other candidate Abdallah Masoud got 46 votes, head of the parliament media committee told MENA.
