Tripoli - MENA
Spokesperson for the Libyan Army's staff command Ali al-Sheikhi denied Sunday the existence of the so called "free Egyptian army" in Libya. Al-Seikhi told MENA that reports of "the free Egyptian army"existence on Libyan territories are groundless, pointing out that there is continuous coordination between the Libyan Army, especially in the Tobruk military zone and the Egyptian Army to secure borders. The Libyan army and government will not tolerate any attempt to use its soil to carry actions that aim to undermine Egypt's security and government, Al-Sheikhi added. International and Arab media reported the formation of the so called "the free Egyptian army" in Libya in a bid to disturb the forthcoming presidential election process in Egypt
