A Libyan delegation arrived at Salloum border crossing , western Egypt, today headed by Colonel Salem al-Rafady, commander of the eastern region, to participate in Egypt's army celebrations of the victory anniversary of the Tenth of Ramadan (corresponding to the Sixth of October War).
The delegation comprises more than 50 public figures and military leaders, said a high-level source from Matrouh military intelligence.
This comes within the framework of deep relations binding Egypt and Libya, added the source.
