Libyan member of parliament Galal al Shohiedy said Tuesday the session of Libyan national dialogue due in Skhirat will not be held before a couple of weeks as the General National Congress in Libya did not respond to presented proposals.

A proposal was presented by Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Libya Bernardino León.

The parliament responded to the proposal with some amendments, Shohiedy told MENA.
