Tripoli - MENA
The Libyan Foreign Ministry condemned on Tuesday the despicable crime of killing 30 Ethiopian Christians in Libya recently.
A statement issued by the ministry said Islam and other religions reject such cowardly acts which contradict with the values of the Libyan people.
It called on the international community and all regional and international organizations to shoulder responsibility toward such crimes.
The Libyan Foreign Ministry called for lifting the ban imposed on arming the Libyan army to eliminate terrorism which, it said, poses threats to the Libyans and foreigners as well.
