Tripoli - MENA
The Libyan interim government condemned Saturday the beheading of a citizen in Darna city by Deash militants last week.
The government, in a statement posted on its website, called for lifting an arms embargo imposed on the Libyan army to enable it to assume its national duty in defending the country and protecting its people.
The statement reiterated its warning against terrorism, noting that the international community had double standards in its war against terrorism by fighting it in some places and turning a blind eye on other places.
