The Libyan Parliament reinstated on Sunday 129 servicemen, including Leader of Operation Dignity Khalifa Haftar.
A parliament member said the reinstatement decision will help build up the army and make use of expertise of those men in the anti-terror war.
Libya suffers security turmoil since the removal of former president Muammar Gaddafi from power in 2011.
