Libyan parliamentary speaker Aguila Saleh declared a seven-day mourning period over the death of 30 people in car bomb explosions in the eastern city of Qubbah on Friday.
Saleh told Al-Arabiya television the car bombs targeted a petrol station next to a security building.
"We are announcing seven days of mourning over the victims of Qubbah," he said.
