Libyan House of Representatives took part in the 134th Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union, which began in the Zambian capital Lusaka and run till March 23.

A statement posted on the official website of the Libyan parliament said Libyan lawmaker Hassan Barghouthi will represent Libya in the meetings.

The statement said the meeting will discuss coordinating Arab viewpoints regarding issues tabled on the agenda of IPU assembly.

Libya's address at the assembly will be delivered by its representative on Tuesday.
