Tripoli - MENA
Libyan Government Spokesman Hatem al-Arabi said on Thursday that Prime Minister Abdullah al-Thinni and his government will continue their duty as usual and that the cabinet will not refer its resignation to the parliament.
In statements, Arabi said Thinni withdrew his resignation decision.
Earlier, Thinni said in a television interview that he would resign, after the station's host confronted him with questions from angry citizens who criticized his cabinet as ineffective.
