A Libyan security source dismissed reports on a car bomb explosion outside a private university downtown Tripoli on Tuesday.
The security source said some outlaws fired R P Gs on the university fence with no casualties reported.
Libya has been in a state of turmoil since the ouster of Muammar Gaddafi regime in 2011.
