Speaker of the Libyan House of Representatives Aqila Saleh arrived at Sharm el Sheikh Airport Friday.
Aqila will participate in the 26th regular session of the Arab Summit, to kick off Saturday in the Red Sea resort city.
Ruler of the UAE's Fujairah state Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed al Sharqi also arrived in Sharm el Sheikh to attend the Arab Summit.
The two figures were received at the airport by Egypt's Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab.
